I don't know what kind of Injection pump is on the Case Paul, I just threw that out for reference. Should at least be pretty similar as I can't imagine there are 20 manufacturers of pumps back in those days. Bosch, RoosaMaster, Stanadyne just a few off the top of my head that JD used when I worked there. The seals should interchange, the lines are for different engine manufacturers but the fittings should be the same style. Just my logic and could be wrong.....

I just replaced a T fitting and o rings on mine as the threads retired the fitting and new seals were about 12.00 from case, It’s an item most case dealers stock same for ag or industrial machines
