My John Deere 110 TLB is flashing sensor supply voltage and all 4 potentiometers. I've checked the machine and it starts and runs great, all hydraulic work fine but it won't move. The codes flashing are per the manual. Perhaps the supply voltage is not within spec and tripping everything else. Anyone here ever encounter this? Grounds have been cleaned, and I've changed the fuse box. Any help or ideas would be appreciated. Thanks!

I've encountered similar issues with the 110 TLB. It turned out to be a bad ground connection. Make sure you double-check the ground connections in addition to just cleaning them.

Check your throttle potentiometer. Sometimes it's not the sensor but the potentiometer itself that causes these issues.

If you've already checked the ground and it seems fine, it might be worth checking the wiring harness for any wear or damage.

I had a similar issue and it turned out to be a problem with the alternator not providing consistent voltage. Check that as well.
