Hey, I had a similar problem with my Galaxy Note. I found that resetting the network settings helped. Go to Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

Check if there is a software update available for your tablet. Sometimes these issues are fixed in updates. Go to Settings > Software Update.

Another solution could be to clear the cache partition. Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Bixby key, then press and hold the Power key. When the Android logo displays, release all keys. Use the Volume keys to navigate to "Wipe Cache Partition" and the Power key to select.

If the above methods don't work, try booting into Safe Mode to see if a third-party app is causing the issue. Press and hold the Power key until the Power Off screen appears, then tap and hold the Power off option until Safe Mode appears.
