Good day ConnieIt is not so clear which cylinder is leaking and allowing the the equipment to creep - the one nearest the controls is the boom that on the top is the arm - farthest from the controls is that of the bucket. To trouble shoot and help in a good way check if the cylinder leaks - bleeds - creeps in the both directions. The valves you refer are beneath the floor panel. If you can come back with a little better information we will try to help.Kind regardsuffex

The boom cylinder has a small leak at the top.
It has all the symptoms of worn internal seals which allows the oil in the ram to bypass and adjusting the relief valves won't help. It's not a big job to repair if the cylinder isn't scored or the rod hasn't bent.
Good day ConnieTake a look at attached so we are singing the same song.Kind regardsUffex
